Meet Norma Castorena
Meet Norma Castorena
Norma Castorena grew up in Fort Worth, Texas after her parents brought her to the United States at age 12 with a resident alien visa. She later became a naturalized citizen, attended high school, and had hands-on training to gain her working experience.
Norma worked as a medical office administration and patient care for over 24 years. She had developed connections with immigration attorneys, non-profit organizations, church groups, and multiple immigration platforms, keeping in touch and well-informed about recent changes in the process of immigration.
Norma faced many challenges to become a U.S. citizen, for 4 years Norma and her brothers lived apart from her parents, her grandmother kindly took care of them in Mexico, while their immigration application was being processed. One of her memories is having to travel to the interview appointment in the back of a pickup truck for hours, her mother prepared a lunch for her and her brothers since funds were very limited. All of these gave her the passion and desire to assist people in the immigrant communities.
Knowing the whole immigration process is very expensive, Norma is committed to making the medical requirement as easy and affordable as possible. She established our company through the core values of humbleness, integrity, and supportiveness.
